Built for palworld servers

CPU built for Pals

Every Pal at every base is simulated. High-clock cores keep base automation and combat responsive as your world fills up.

NVMe saves

Palworld writes large save files constantly. NVMe storage keeps autosaves from stuttering the whole server.

Backups that actually restore

Scheduled snapshots of your SaveGames folder, downloadable over SFTP and restorable from the panel in one click.

Grow with your guild

Start at 8 GB, slide up to 24 GB when the guild doubles. Prorated invoices, same world, no downtime beyond a restart.

DDoS protection

Always-on filtering keeps your world reachable, with an enhanced tier and priority support for public communities.

Managed configuration

Hand us your desired rates, Pal limits, and mod list and our technicians configure it and keep it working after patches.

Palworld memory use grows with the number of Pals, base structures, and hours played rather than raw player count. Pair a generous RAM size with a scheduled restart every 6-12 hours for the smoothest long-running world.

Setting up your Palworld world

  1. Pick a RAM size from the table — err high if your guild builds sprawling automated bases.
  2. Set the server name, description, password, and max players in the panel startup variables.
  3. Edit PalWorldSettings.ini for XP, capture, gather, and Pal spawn rates, then restart to apply.
  4. Upload an existing SaveGames folder over SFTP if you're migrating from a local host.
  5. Add a scheduled restart plus daily backup in the panel scheduler — see the control panel guide for the exact task setup.

Keeping a long-running world healthy

Palworld's dedicated server accumulates memory as Pals, structures, and player data pile into the save. The single most effective fix is a scheduled restart every 6-12 hours, ideally during your community's quiet hours.

Guild-wide base Pal limits and work-speed multipliers in PalWorldSettings.ini have a bigger performance impact than most people expect — trimming idle Pals at large bases recovers noticeable server frame time.

Always back up before a game patch. Pocketpair updates occasionally change save formats, and a snapshot means a rollback is a one-click job instead of a lost world.

Questions, answered

How much RAM does a Palworld server need?

Palworld is memory heavy: 8 GB is the practical floor for 4-8 players, 16 GB suits 16-24 players, and a full 32-player world with lots of bases and Pals wants 24-32 GB.

Can I transfer an existing world?

Yes. Upload your existing SaveGames folder over SFTP, point the server at the save ID, and your bases, Pals, and player data carry over.

Can I edit PalWorldSettings.ini?

Fully. Edit it in the web file manager or over SFTP to change XP rates, capture rates, day/night length, base Pal limits, PvP, and death penalties, then restart to apply.

Do you support Xbox and crossplay?

Dedicated servers support Steam clients, and crossplay availability tracks whatever Pocketpair currently ships. Community-server settings are exposed in the config so you can enable what the build supports.

How do backups work?

Palworld saves can corrupt after a hard shutdown, so we schedule automatic backups and restarts. Restore any snapshot yourself from the panel with one click.

Why does memory use keep climbing?

Palworld's known memory growth comes from Pals and base structures accumulating in the save. Scheduled restarts every 6-12 hours keep it healthy — set one in the panel scheduler.

Can I run mods?

Yes. UE4SS-based mods and server-side tweaks install over SFTP. Managed customers can hand us the mod list and we'll set it up and keep it working after game patches.

Can I upgrade if my guild grows?

Move the RAM slider, approve the prorated quote, and the larger limits apply to your existing world — no rebuild, no save migration.

Ready when you are

Configure RAM, protection, and managed help — your server provisions as soon as the first invoice is paid.
