Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SudoSecurity game server platform, control panel, and related support services (the “Services”). By creating an account or ordering a service you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you grant panel access to. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You may not use the Services to host or distribute malware, run denial-of-service attacks, send unsolicited bulk email, mine cryptocurrency, host illegal content, or attempt to access other customers’ data or the underlying host systems. We may suspend a server immediately where activity threatens platform stability or other customers.

Services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are generated automatically before each renewal date and are due on the date shown on the invoice. Where a saved payment method is on file and auto-pay is enabled, we will charge it on the due date.

Overdue invoices trigger reminder notices. Services are suspended after the suspension window shown in your panel and may be terminated, with data deleted, after the termination window. Reinstatement after suspension requires settling all outstanding invoices.

RAM, CPU, and storage allocations are enforced by the panel. Sustained use that degrades shared host performance may result in a request to upgrade, throttling, or suspension.

You own your server data. We recommend keeping independent backups; automated backups are a convenience and not a guarantee. On termination, server data is permanently deleted.

Support is provided through the ticket system in your control panel. Managed and premium plans include configuration assistance as described at the time of order.

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost data.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the panel. You may cancel at any time from the panel, effective at the end of the current billing period.
