1. Data we collect
Account data: email address, display name, and password hash (managed by our authentication provider).
Billing data: billing name, company, address, tax identifier, invoices, payments, credits, and refunds. Card numbers are never stored on our systems — they are held by our payment processors.
Service data: server names, resource allocations, provisioning state, and the linked game panel user identifier.
Operational data: support tickets, audit log entries (action, timestamp, actor, IP address, and user agent), and notification history.
2. How we use it
To provide and provision your servers, bill you accurately, provide support, detect abuse and fraud, and meet accounting and tax obligations.
3. Processors we share with
Payment processing (Stripe and PayPal), transactional email delivery, database and application hosting, and the game panel that runs your servers. Each receives only the data needed for its function. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
4. Retention
Invoices, payments, and refunds are retained for the period required by tax law. Audit log entries are retained for security review. Server data is deleted when a service is terminated. Deleting your account removes profile and support data, subject to the financial-record retention above.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is protected by row-level security so each account can only read its own records. Administrative actions are role-gated and written to an immutable audit log. Optional two-factor authentication is available on your account.
6. Your rights
You can access and correct your billing details in the panel, export your invoices and payment history, and request deletion of your account. Where GDPR or similar law applies, you may also request a portable copy of your data or object to processing.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage entries required to keep you signed in and to remember panel preferences. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
8. Contact
Privacy requests can be submitted as a ticket from your control panel.
