1. Scope
This policy applies to every service you run with SudoSecurity, including game servers, databases, backups, and any file stored on our infrastructure. You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you grant access to your server.
2. Prohibited content
You may not store, host, or distribute: material that is illegal in the United States or your jurisdiction; child sexual abuse material; content that infringes copyright or trademark; malware, exploit kits, phishing pages, or credential stealers; or content that harasses, threatens, or doxxes an identifiable person.
3. Network abuse
Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, brute-force attempts, proxy or VPN exit nodes, open relays, IRC bouncers used for abuse, spam relaying, and traffic amplification are prohibited, whether launched by you or by software you installed.
4. Resource fair use
RAM, CPU, and disk are enforced by the panel. Beyond those limits, you may not run cryptocurrency miners, distributed compute grids, mass media transcoding, torrent seedboxes, or any workload unrelated to running a game server. Sustained activity that degrades a shared host may be throttled or suspended while we contact you.
5. Security obligations
Keep server software, plugins, and mods patched. Do not disable panel security features, attempt to escape your container, access other customers’ data, or probe the host system. Report any vulnerability you discover through a ticket rather than exploiting it.
6. Billing conduct
Chargebacks filed without first raising a billing ticket, use of stolen payment instruments, and coupon or trial abuse through duplicate accounts are violations of this policy and may result in permanent account closure.
7. Enforcement
Where possible we contact you first and give a reasonable window to correct the issue. Where activity is actively harmful — an ongoing attack, illegal content, or a compromised server — we suspend immediately and notify you afterwards. Repeated or severe violations result in termination without refund.
8. Reporting abuse
To report a server hosted with us, open a ticket in the client area with the server address, timestamps, and evidence. We investigate every credible report.
