I've never run a game server. Is this for me?
Yes. Pick your game and how many people will play, and we choose the size. The server is built automatically after payment, and the game panel gives you one-click start, restart and backups. Add managed help if you want our team to install mods or plugins for you.
Do I need an account to set up a server?
Not until checkout. Your choices are saved in this browser and carried into checkout as soon as you create an account or sign in.
How fast is my server ready?
Setup starts the moment your first invoice is paid. Most servers are online within a few minutes, and the connection details appear in the client area.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from the client area at any time. You only pay for the days left in your billing period, and your world and files stay in place.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, and PayPal. You can save a card and turn on auto-pay for renewals.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. Pay monthly, every 3 months (5% off) or yearly (10% off), with no setup fee. Cancel from the client area at any time.
